Our Qualifications

Experience

We have a combined experience of over 40 years in representing injured workers in claims before the Workers' Compensation Board.  We have represented literally thousands of injured workers in that period of time and have appeared at thousands of hearings and trials.

We have successfully represented claimants for a wide variety of claims, some routine and some quite exotic.  Our experience ranges from litigation in connection with straightforward injuries, such as limb fractures, strains or sprains to all types of repetitive work activity injuries and even to the most complex heart or lung claims.

Professionalism

Our office makes every effort to provide for your needs.  We strive to make sure that you have someone to speak with when you need to and that you receive the advice and assistance appropriate to your needs.

Insurance Companies Don't Like Us

Years of successfully litigating claims against         insurance companies and self insured employers in the State of New York hasn't won us any friends among them.

We wouldn't have it any other way.

Many law firms in the state work both sides of the fence,  representing not only injured workers, but  major corporations that do business in the state.  While it's possible to do that without creating conflicts, our firm chooses to avoid the potential for conflict by following our instincts and only representing  those on the injured workers side of the fence.
